What to expect
- Primary focus: You advise and support our customers as the first point of contact for technical inquiries related to our Secure Managed Email Service and core security products.
- Operational support: As a 1st Level Support Specialist, you handle the intake, categorization, and resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Team collaboration: You work closely with 2nd Level Support teams and vendors to resolve customer requests using an ITIL-based service management tool.
